Dance Hall Days

Me – back in the dance hall days.

The Blogtember challenge was to write about a memory that I would like to relive. It has been difficult to decide on just one memory. The memory that I would like to relive is all about dancing and handsome men.
Many years ago, I went to Barrister Hall with some friends to listen to a Salsa band. An acquaintance of my friend asked me to dance. I started to refuse his offer because I did not know how to Salsa. He said that he would show me – so we danced. I’m not sure how we looked. I like to think that we were fabulous! We were dancing in the moment and not for anyone. I was dancing with a very handsome man, which was a bonus. He taught me so much about what it’s really like to dance with a partner. After that night, dancing seemed different – maybe not as unsophisticated.
This memory also reminds me that I need to find a new place with a Salsa band. 🙂

  1. adinparadise – I enjoy writing about anything and everything. It keeps me out of mischief. I love to travel and am fortunate enough to be able to do so quite frequently.
