Do you fall for anything? NaBloPoMo

I’m sure that most people have heard the saying “If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything.” It’s been attributed to many people, including Malcolm X and Ginger Rogers. I’m pretty sure that it’s been in songs by various artists, such as Public Enemy, John Mellencamp, Van Zant.
Personally, I do not think that I fall for anything. Sometimes people tell such believable stories that I end up falling for it. I am still learning to take everything people say with a grain of salt. It’s also important to listen to what people are really saying. Effective listening can help to read between the lines and not fall for the tall tales.
