Stuck in a movie for five days: NaBloPoMo

I love quirky dramas like “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.” However, I do not want to be stuck in certain movies for five days. It might be too much emotional turmoil. I considered “Fight Club” because I could fix up Edward Norton’s house considerably in five days. When I do dream, the house shows up begging to be painted and cleaned.
My movie choice is “Dirty Dancing.” It would be like a vacation and a soap opera all rolled up into one package. And there’s dancing!! The good guy wins. Love conquers all of the doubters. Baby does the lift! I always feel happier by the time it’s over, except that it’s over. I think I might watch it today for the 500th time. 🙂 (I’ve probably watched it more than 500 times.)

Yes! This would be a great movie to be part of. I do agree that I actually wouldn’t want to be “stuck” in any movie for 5 days. 🙂

  3. Do you think if I got stuck in there I could elbow Baby out and steal Johnny and run off with him? It would be worth a shot!

It’s worth a try! 🙂 My boyfriend asked if we could choose which character we would be. I’d be happy to be an extra dancer or something.

  4. scoobyclue – An amalgam of eccentricities.. part Scooby Doo, part Jessica Fletcher,  Nancy Drew, and a dash of Wednesday Addams just to spice things up.  I'm a nouveau gypsy, a writer, professional procrastinator,  and at least one dog’s very best friend. I  present to you for your amusement and entertainment my amazing, death-defying, idiotic misadventures. Marvel as I obsess over  Jeffrey Dean Morgan, will he ever know how much I love him?  Gaze in awe as I muck up the simplest tasks, snicker as I go on and on and on about the lameness of my daily life. Entranced yet? Oh you will be..

… because everyone has been Baby, and we like that no one puts Baby in the the corner.
