While in college, I took a music appreciation class. The professor that always had something bad to say about Italians even when it didn’t apply to whatever his lesson was that day. I mean – did we really need to know that Italians didn’t make noodles first? He seemed a little bitter. Who knows what that was about? The professor was not my favorite but I did like learning about music.
