This Used to be My Playground: NaBloPoMo

I spent all of my summers at this place with my grandparents until I was thirteen. They had a cottage on a small lake in Michigan.
One of my favorite things to do was to go swim at the S raft. The S raft was an old pontoon that someone anchored and let kids in the area use. The water was fairly deep so we had to take a fishing boat out to it. I probably only hurt myself getting back into the fishing boat.
I wonder if the raft still there. I like to think that it is.

  1. At least in our minds, these places never change, do they? Glad I found you from the Hump Day Happenings. I have a new blog to follow!

That is true! I’m sure that some things have changed. But I like to think of it like it was when I was a kid. 🙂 Thanks for reminding me to check out Hump Day Happenings. I followed 😉 Love the stormtroopers! 🙂
