Do you believe in fate or do you believe you can control your own destiny?
Oh destiny, what can I say about you? I used to think that my fate would just play itself out in whatever way it’s meant to do.
In the last few years, I’ve had a change of heart. I don’t think that great things are going to happen to anyone if they don’t try to accomplish something. Sure, it happens occasionally that someone’s destiny is dropped on their doorstep without much effort. The odds of being discovered as the next top model on a fluke are slim.
I love the speech in this video. It inspires me to find my destiny instead of waiting for it.
