If you could have dinner with one celebrity chef whom would it be?

I would choose Jamie Oliver. It’s not just the British accent that I could listen to all day. He’s really passionate about getting people to eat well. He genuinely cares about people. His show “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” was revolutionary. He fought so hard to get schools to change their menus.
It seems like he always has something interesting to talk about, which is a great thing. More dinner guests should be as fascinating as Jamie Oliver.
