Mushroom burger Made by Boyfriend

You walk into your home to find a couple you don’t know sitting in your living room, eating a slice of cake. Tell us what happens next.

I asked the strangers if they would like some coffee to go with their cake. They seem agreeable to that idea. So I made coffee and brought it to my surprise guests. Then I ask, “Who are you?”
The woman answers, “We are from Miss Fifi Buffet’s Cooking School.There have been several applications made on your behalf for the the most terrible cook in America.”
“So why are you here exactly?” I asked.
“Since there were so many requests to teach you to cook, the school board has decided to take on your case as a special project. If you agree, we can start tomorrow morning.”

I agreed. The improvement has yet to be seen.

    I love the story based off the prompt! It made me really start thinking about what would happen if random strangers were in my house. I don’t know that I would have been as polite, haha. Oh and that burger looks delicious! I’ve been on a mushroom and cheese burger kick lately apparently.

      I am too polite sometimes and not enough other times. I need to find a happy medium. lol
      My boyfriend made the burger. So I took a picture. 🙂 That’s how our relationship works. He makes food and I photograph it. 🙂
