Crafty Time: Mermaid Birthday Scrapbook Page

I had a little bit of time this week to do a couple scrapbook pages. This week I finished Darling Daughter’s 12th birthday page. It has a mermaid theme. She would be a mermaid if she could I think.
I found a mermaid paper doll on Pinterest. I made the tail from scrapbook paper. The hair is borrowed from a different mermaid paper doll page. There were some flowers in the scrapbook box for their hair. It was really time consuming for such a small mermaid.
Slowly but surely, I’m getting caught up on the scrapbooks.
