Young Again: Daily Post

In a reversal of Big, the Tom Hanks classic from the 80s, your adult self is suddenly locked in the body of a 12-year-old kid. How do you survive your first day back in school?

I need to find at least one good friend.

Then we need to go shopping and buy some clothes that are in style.

Is the body the body that I had when I was 12? My 12 year old body was not very coordinated. I’m totally going to sign up for dance class. Maybe two dance classes. This time around I won’t give up so easily.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.

  1. Kate @ Did That Just Happen? – I'm an just over 40, single mother of a wonderful teenage boy, who is an endless source of wonder and laughs and gray hair. I may have a small life, but it's full to the brim, and frequently I just have to stop and ask myself "Did that just really happen??" Enjoy!

I hope I’m more social if I had another chance. 🙂 And dance more.
