Do movies, songs, or other forms of artistic expression easily make you cry? Tell us about a recent tear-jerking experience!

Definitely, yes. I cry during certain versions of “O Holy Night.” I cry during commercials for Special Olympics. Patti LaBelle’s song “You are My Friend” always makes me tear up a little. The musical, “Rent,” requires a box of tissues. Basically, I am a huge crybaby during songs, commercials, movies. Whenever the spirit moves me I will cry.

‘O Holy Night’

‘You Are My Friend’

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.

Mom, wife, shuttler, writer, wanna-be photographer, journal-er of life, runner, scrapbooker, volunteer, music-lover. Our oldest son was born 14 weeks too soon. Our daughter arrived 12 1/2 months later (8 days past my due date). Our youngest is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder, PDD-NOS. I write about it all.

I haven’t been able to sing Silent Night all the way through since my oldest son was born. JoJo Moyes’ books (the two I’ve read) have me crying like a baby. SPCA commercials – don’t even get me started.
