Curve Ball: Daily Post

When was the last time you were completely stumped by a question, a request, or a situation you found yourself in? How did you handle it?

In the past, there  wasa resident that absolutely stumped the whole staff. The resident, “Bob,” insisted that some of his things were not working. However, the objects were working. Everyone checked the equipment. Everyone did a test of the equipment. The machine worked 99% of the time.
Once Bob even complained to the boss about how we were not fixing it.
It baffled my mind. We can’t fix what is not broken. It would have been easier if the equipment was broken because then we could solve the problem.
Sometimes I did this cool trick to show him that it was not broken. Other times we replaced the part and it seemed to make him happy for a little while. We were okay until he decided that it was not working . . . again.
