List 10 things that you love about yourself! Let’s kick that negative self-talk outta here!

1. I’m kind. I just look mean sometimes.

2. Great sense of humor.

3. Always open to learning something new

4. I know my limitations but it doesn’t define me too much.

5. Creativity. I can’t get rid of it so I use it.

6. Overcome shyness to a degree. Realized that I’m just an introvert.

7. Not afraid to ask questions.

8. I’m like the gambler. I know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em, know when to walk away and know when to run.

9. Patience is a virtue. I have quite a bit. Slurping gets on my nerves so please stop.

10. My stomach is like titanium. It takes a lot to gross me out. Unless I’m reading in a car then the stomach does somersaults.
