30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 4


It’s day 4 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge. There wasn’t as much time to look for videos as normal. However, I did find a few videos on YouTube.
Today, I wanted to try Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is probably the most common form of yoga. It is probably what people think of when they picture yoga.
It combines postures, meditation, breathing techniques and getting in touch with spiritual energy (kundalini).


This yoga class was a bit fast, especially for beginners. It didn’t feel like there was enough time to meditate or breathe. They have other videos that might be better.

Has anyone ever done yoga with mittens? I’m just curious.

  1. I’ve not tried yoga with mitten, and I can hardly get through beginner’s yoga myself, but I give it the good ol’ college try now and then. ^_^

  2. I do hatha yoga. I do Dr Melissa Wesr Namaste Yoga on youtube every day and love her! She has lots of modifications for beginners and for people like me that have extra to their shape! And i have not worn mittins but i have done it under a blanket!
