It’s day 4 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge. There wasn’t as much time to look for videos as normal. However, I did find a few videos on YouTube.
Today, I wanted to try Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is probably the most common form of yoga. It is probably what people think of when they picture yoga.
It combines postures, meditation, breathing techniques and getting in touch with spiritual energy (kundalini).
This yoga class was a bit fast, especially for beginners. It didn’t feel like there was enough time to meditate or breathe. They have other videos that might be better.
Has anyone ever done yoga with mittens? I’m just curious.
