It’s official. I am hooked on Yoga again. We are totally going to get back together. Many, many moons ago, I was introduced to Yoga. I was in my 20s and trying to recover from a terrible breakup. Yoga really helped me then like a good rebound boyfriend should. Alas, I didn’t stick with Yoga like I should have.
So 14 years later,I was still missing Yoga. I feel like Yoga was the one that got away. With a little stalking and a little bit of re-commiting, Yoga and I have started a relationship. Hopefully, it will be for good this time.

This is a link to the video that I found on omcities.com. The site also has other information about meditation and spirituality. It’s definitely worth at least one visit.

Don’t let Yoga be the one that got away!

I haven’t tried it yet. Actually, I was planning on trying it tomorrow. 🙂 Thought it might warm me up since the weather is so cold.

Yes! Omg try it! Like you I’d slacked off on yoga too and soon get back to it. It pretty intense but if you drink plenty of water today you will be fine tomorrow…actually it would be scary at all. Lol

  2. inspiretheworld2day – I am a stay at home mom with two wonderful children and a fantastic husband. I enjoy trying new things, and recently discovered meditation and yoga. My newest love is blogging that helps me stay focused and grounded and most importantly find the humor in everyday occurrences. I am constantly evolving into the new person I'm becoming with each new day, and often stopping to pause for just a moment to take it all in while breathing and taking time to enjoy the ride.

I don’t notice a difference on the outside yet. I notice it on the inside. 🙂

My preference is Pilates and I haven’t done much of it in the last few years. I always want to do it again, but there are so many other things I get into doing….I need to get on that. 🙂
