Day 12 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge presented itself with some challenges. I tried to take a nap but I was too busy blogging and trying to find a good yoga video.
Finally, I found one that was the right length and level. 12 days ago I couldn’t do too many of these poses. I can honestly say that I could do plank, downward facing dog and cobra. Let’s not forget about Shavasana. I can totally do Shavasana.
My balance needs some work. I really want to master tree pose someday.
Tomorrow, maybe I will try yoga in bed. Stay tuned!

I’m going to vinyasa yoga on Wednesday over my lunch break, I’ve only ever done Hatha yogo and not for a long time. I’m pumped!

Going into tree pose, I mentally yell, “Timber!” right from the start, ’cause I’m going down, any second. I have really crappy balance.
