Oh Jillian Michaels, I just don’t know about this yoga video. It seems a little bit aggressive for yoga. If I don’t get this yoga pose right, are you going to come through the screen and yell at me?

Seriously, I couldn’t watch this whole video. It didn’t seem like what yoga is supposed to be, as far as meditation.

I switched to this one. It seemed less scary and a little more like yoga, if yoga was a bubbly cheerleader. Still, it was fine.

    My favorite is an old VHS with Denise Austin called Yoga Essentials. My VHS recently ate it, and now I’m using YouTube to do some of the postures. I love the Sun Salutation. And, no, I’ve never taken a class so I’m sure I’m not doing it “right”, but it works and I feel great! 🙂
