Similar to yesterday, if you had to watch the same movie every single month for the next 10 years, what would it be?
I would want to watch movies with Channing Tatum – as long as he doesn’t die. So far I’ve oñly seen one movie, “Side Effects,” in which he died. I dislike the fact that he died so much that I didn’t finish the movie.
So if I had to watch Channing Tatum movies for the next ten years, I would put “Step Up,” “Dear John,” and “21 Jump Street” on the list. I find myself fast forwarding through “Magic Mike” on a regular basis because the acting fell short but the dancing, oh the dancing. I’ve said too much so let’s move on so we don’t feel awkward.
Somehow I’ve missed his other movies, like “The Vow” and “Foxcatcher.”
Hopefully, I’ll see “Jupiter Ascending” as soon as possible. I know a lot of comic book fans are not excited that he has been cast as Gambit in “X-men: Apocalypse.” I read an article that said Tatum is too short. What?! I guess they didn’t know that Gambit and Tatum are the same height – 6’1″. Just sayin’. Haters are gonna hate.
Please let Channing Tatum live!

  1. rgemom – Working my way, imperfectly, through the mothering of three children. Still figuring out who I am and what I want to be when I grow up. Mom, wife, shuttler, writer, wanna-be photographer, journal-er of life, runner, scrapbooker, volunteer, music-lover. Our oldest son was born 14 weeks too soon. Our daughter arrived 12 1/2 months later (8 days past my due date). Our youngest is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder, PDD-NOS. I write about it all.
