To be read: #blogtober15

Currently, I am reading “Although  Of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself” by David Lipsky. It is about Lipsky’s week-long interview with David Foster Wallace at the end of Wallace’s book tour for “Infinite Jest.”

So far, I think it is extremely entertaining. It’s not the typical interview.  Lipsky glimpses into the mind of Wallace for a short period of time. Can you imagine how awesome it would be to go on tour with a brilliant writer? Or if could be awful. Interesting at the very least.

“Infinite Jest” and everything ever written by David Foster Wallace is also on the to be read list. His titles alone are amazing.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.

  1. This is on my list to read. I’m slowly working my way through Infinite Jest (75 pages plus end-notes since August!!!!). His book The Broom of the System was amazing. I can’t wait to read that again.
