Once you get past the name, you will probably enjoy this album. There was a description that said you might like this band if you like Slightly Stoopid, Sublime and Pepper. It’s a pretty accurate description. At first, I thought that they sounded more like Sublime with Rome than the original Sublime.
Their Twitter profile says that they are “Lyrically driven Ska/Punk/Reggae from the east coast.” Ska/Punk/Reggae are some of my favorite things in life.
Apparently, my cat Manny Pacquimeow agrees. He’s been trying for a few minutes to find the band. If you would also like to find the band, here on some tour dates.
Things that I liked about the album:
- The lead singers voice.
- The band has a lot of energy. I like bands with horn sections. It’s not for everyone I guess.
- They have a sense of humor and potty mouths. Manny and I will have to listen to it when the kids go to school.
My favorite songs on the album are Optimism in F and All in Stride. Manny liked Bud Tender.
P.S. You’ll never stop giggling at the name.
