Sleep Deprived Music Review: Mark Lind & The Unloved

Mark Lind & The Unloved

Mark Lind & The Unloved of Boston, Massachusetts will be releasing a new album soon. You can preorder the album at this link: https://statelinerecords.bigcartel.com/product/mark-lind-the-unloved-the-last-bastion-cd

The music is punk rock/rock and roll. The definition of what counts as Punk rock is subjective. Not everyone agrees on what fits into the genre. Some people don’t think The Clash is punk enough. Mark Lind & The Unloved might not be punk rock enough for somebody but they still count.

Mark Lind’s voice sounds like Adam Pascal. Pascal played Roger in Rent and Theo in School of Rock. So now that I cannot unthink it, I hear the band as a punk rock theater band. I don’t know if that’s a thing but maybe it should be.

I would like to listen to this album in New York City – on or off Broadway.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.
