The Bookish This or That Book Tag was on A Fangirl’s Opinion blog. I borrowed the graphics because they are pretty awesome. Thank you to A Fangirl’s Opinion. Everyone is welcome to participate. Don’t forget to tag us so that we can see your responses.

Hardback. I will accept either but hardback looks nicer on bookshelves.

Bookstore. However, I have bought many from Thriftbooks.com. It’s the next best thing to a real bookstore.

Standalone.

Physical Book.

When I was young, I really enjoyed reading by a body of water – a lake, pond, pool, etc. In the last few years, I don’t get to the lake as often so I’ve been reading inside.

Night. At the moment, I am reading Walks with Spirits in the evening.

I would rather binge read but I cannot always stay awake.

Books that Make You Laugh

The House in the Cerulean almost made me cry. It definitely make me laught.

Music. Generally, I read while watching TV. The TV is mostly on for background noise. You could read a book about a musician like Fathers, Brothers and Sons by Frank Bello of Anthrax.

Hmmmmm . . . . tough decision. Hero. Villains are so interesting. But we want to root for the hero.

Character driven.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.

  1. I have to add that physical books (especially cookbooks!) are the best because they have a history, especially if you get them used. I love notes in the margins, letters, candy wrappers, recipes, menus, or other ephemera tucked inside. It’s a book and a treasure hunt!
