For all of you who need a jump start today or any day, check out the Flawless Friday Video for the week which is “Beat Perpetual” by Martha of Durham, UK. The music is upbeat and sassy, sort of like my cousin Martha. I would have bet on her to win in a battle of will against anyone, like the lead singer/walker in the video.
The video is so catchy that I almost want to work out . . . almost. Some of us don’t have the same willpower as the Marthas of the world. So until it is time for actually working out, the video will be on the workout playlist and YouTube feed indefinitely.
