Whatever the Baltimore band Pinkshift is doing to maintain their highly exuberant vibes is definitely working for them. The “nothing (in my head) video from Pinkshift was chosen as the Flawless Friday Video because it has given me the will to stay motivated.
Dare I say that they might be better than No Doubt? Although, Pinkshift doesn’t have the ska element in their music, I would bet on them in a battle of the bands. I love Gwen Stefani but Ashrita Kumar is also a phenomenal vocalist. Only time will tell if they will stay the course.
I’m looking forward to hearing their album, Love Me Forever, in October. Pinkshift will also be going on tour this fall. The lineup includes Ashrita Kumar, Paul Vallejo and Myron Houngbedji.
