Top Ten Tuesday: Thankful

Advertisements

The Top Ten Tuesday topic for this week is “Thankful freebie.” So I guess I will share ten books that I am grateful to have read for whatever reason. Usually, the reason is that I learned a valuable lesson in some way. I am always grateful for learning valuable lessons.

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl. I was introduced to Top Ten Tuesday by Jordyn at Birdie’s Book Nook.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.

  1. I loved Go Ask Alice when I was a little kid. It surprised me more with all the outcry about the book recently, because I was all like “I was supposed to believe it was a real diary?!?!?” *wry laugh*

Susan – A bibliophile from WAY back, I love everything about books—reading them, discussing them, reviewing them, smelling them, etc. Check out my other blog—blogginboutbooks.com—for all my reviews. Besides reading and blogging, I dig family history research, baking, cross-stitching, and spending time with my husband and our four children.

I enjoyed ANNE FRANK’S DIARY and THE JOY LUCK CLUB as well. GO ASK ALICE is one I read as a kid. I’m pretty sure I had to sneak to read it. Ha ha.

    Happy TTT!
