The 3 Clubmen: Track of the Day

“Aviatrix” by The 3 Clubmen is our Track of the Day. The lyrics and the music are quirky and fun. If I was a bird or an aviatrix, this song would be my jam. It still might be regardless of my own flying situation.

After making music together for many years, The 3 Clubmen released the single, “Aviatrix,” in April. The single release is a few months prior to the launch of their self-titled debut album. The album will be available on June 30 exclusively via Burning Shed.

The story of The 3 Clubmen begins in 2006 when Andy Partridge and Stu Rowe began collaborating on a musical project. In 2010, Jen Olive added her vocal talent to the group.
“Like an ‘action painter’ throws colour at a canvas, we tend to throw musical and sound things, knowing that we’ll cut through this seemingly insane mess later, to hopefully find some beautiful garden, hiding there,” says Andy Partridge.

Please check out the single. Let me know what you think!

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.
