We took Eva to her 1st Ekoostik Hookah concert this spring. I think she liked the hula hoops better than the actual concert. But who can blame her. Everyone loves hula hoops.

Viva Las Vegas! Been there . . . Lived another day

Lucas and I walked to the Las Vegas sign. And walked. . . for several miles . . . in the heat. . . with no water. In hindsight, we should have taken a taxi. But we made it without passing out. We have some memories and pictures. I’m glad we can laugh about it now. Well, I’m laughing. I don’t think Lucas has laughed about it yet. Maybe next year. 🙂

I would suggest wearing comfortable shoes if you visit Las Vegas. There are bus lines available – some run 24/7. I added a link to the bus routes. Remember to stay hydrated!

Bucketlist Goal Achieved: Ben Harper

Lucas and I went to see Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite. It was a great show. We were glad we didn’t have to go to Australia since Ben Harper was touring Australia last spring and summer. Although, we do want to go to Australia someday. It is on the list.
