“Black Widow” has been sitting in the comic book box for a few months. She was waiting for a moment to catch my attention so I’ll read the issues. The Black Widow, also known as Natasha, also known as Natalia Romanova, is a former KGB agent. Currently, she is an assassin and an Avenger. In the recent Avenger movies, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” the character is played by Scarlett Johansson.  The Black Widow is a force to be reckoned with in the comic and on screen. It’s part of her charm. Maybe she needs to work on her people skills but in her line of work maybe people skills aren’t necessary.

She takes assassin jobs that help her right some wrongs from her past. No one really knows anything about her. People, like me, will keep reading to see if they can learn more about her past.

I don’t think I was hooked on “Black Widow” until issue #2. Natasha is a bad girl gone good, which is always interesting. I am curious to see if she finds redemption, closure or forgiveness. Now “Black Widow” has moved to the front of the comic book box. Some of the move was to due to rearranging and alphabetizing. However, the comic is worthy of the front spot. Watch out Wonder Woman and She-Hulk, you ladies have some competition.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.
