Do you trust your memory?
My long-term memory is pretty good. Short-term is iffy sometimes. Today, I forgot to take my kid’s bag to the babysitter’s. I just packed it and left it by the door. The kid was honking the horn so in my defense I was distracted.
Luckily, I had another bag of clothes in the car. I forgot to take that bag into the house. So it goes.
I know all of the words to “Dirty Dancing.” Why doesn’t that count for anything? It seems like it should.
So Holley, I’m giving you the heads up for knowing all the words to Dirty Dancing seeing as I wouldn’t know all the words to any song. I’m still pretty good on nursery rhymes though … should we let that count?
