Poetry Maybe: #17

poetry maybe

The last look from you was sour

You’re too direct.

Why are you so calm?

You weren’t supposed to be a housewife

My actions had the opposite reaction

Did you serve jail time for breaking the law of motion?

There’s a file with my mugshot.

I’m not prisoner of anyone’s heart.

I heard your voice in my dream.

Imposter. We aren’t who you think we are

The possibility of lightning twice is 1 in 9 million.

It’s nice to finish this poem with on facts instead of feelings.

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.
