There is no doubt about it – I am a night owl. I would rather stay up late than go to bed early. It’s been like that for as long as I can remember. It might have started when I was a kid because I didn’t want to miss anything. Now I like the evening because it’s the only quiet time at my house. When I do get to go out at night, I feel more awake and a little bit rejuvenated.
I used to go out dancing a lot but at the time I had more friends that liked to dance. It might be time to get back out on the dance floor. I just need some new dance shoes.
