Vintage Cameras: NaBloPoMo

What is something that is no longer made that you miss a lot and wish you could show future generations?

When I was a kid, I would play with my aunt’s vintage toys while visiting my grandma. Well, the toys were vintage by them. There were two things that I loved – her Shirley Temple doll and her Brownie camera.

Oh man, I wish that the camera had film. Even in the 80s, I don’t think anyone made film for Brownie cameras. Being in the Brownies, didn’t have any sway either. Camera companies were moving on to the next big thing – Polaroid instant cameras.×10-original-fine-art-photo-print-of?ref=unav_listing-other

Now the next big is making a comeback. You can buy a Fuji Instax mini cameras right now as we speak. They are adorable. I think I want one maybe.

I still wish I could have a Brownie camera with film. It would be fun to do a photo shoot with a vintage camera. Do you think the other photographers in the photo pit would be jealous? Totally possible.
