Horseshoes are lucky. Does anyone know why?
This is on the window of the horse supply store down the road. If i had a horse, I could take it there to get shoes or at least a saddle.

Good question, Holley. Keeping their feet safe meant a healthier horse worked harder back in the day, and that brought good fortune to the folks on the farm? Just guessing, of course.
Not sure why they are considered lucky. But here in Scotland it is said that if you have them upside down on a wall (as the one in your photograph is) then the luck runs out.
