The town of Port Clinton is celebrating Christmas early this year. The community has come together to help 13 year old Devin Kohlman celebrate Christmas with his family. Devin, who has a rare form of brain cancer, has learned that the chemotherapy treatments are not working. His family has brought him home to see his family and friends.
Today, arrangements have been made for it to snow just for Devin.
