For this week’s prompt, your scene must take place around the tea table.
As Marla sat down at the Nick’s table in the tea room, she asked,”Can you be overdressed for tea?”
After looking at Marla’s ball gown covered with hearts, Nick asked, “What on earth are you wearing?”
“Well, I thought I would dress up like the Queen of Hearts,” Marla answered.
Nick smiled and said, “I’ve always wanted to have tea with the Queen. Welcome to The Crumperie, your majesty.”
