What’s your next, most pressing deadline? Are you excited, stressed, or ambivalent about it? What’s the first thing you’d like to do once you’re done with it?
Let’s see. Where should I start with my Deadline List?
I have two interviews that I need to transcribe. One is about half finished and the other one hasn’t been started. I would like to blame “The White Queen.” However, I will save “The White Queen” discussion for another time.
I told Little Sister #1 that I would get her teacher something for Christmas. I have until tomorrow. I’m pretty sure I’m not going to make this particular deadline. Is it okay if I give the teacher a gift after the new year? Is it horribly offensive? What if the gift is homemade and also awesome? Does that make it less offensive to be late?

Can I blame “The White Queen” again? Yes, let’s do that. It’s all her fault. Can I blame Phillipa Gregory too? Apparently, I can’t get anything done when her books are turned into movies.
So I have some Christmas gifts to make. Interviews to transcribe. After all of that is over, I would like to have a drink and discuss “The White Queen” with whoever will listen.
It’s nice works~like it.
Good job ^^
The White Queen was very easy to use as an excuse for not meeting deadlines. In my case, I would probably also add having to read the other books in the set as once started, they are pretty hard to out down. Wolf Hall was another, but I still have the book to read on that one. Maybe I will conveniently start reading it round about the time I need to start thinking about Christmas this year!
Hope you got your gifts sorted!
