Are you still keeping the resolutions you made at the beginning of the month? Why or why not?
Believe it or not, my dedication to my New Year’s resolutions are intact and so is my pride.
My main goals were to lose weight and start doing yoga again. I’m not on any fancy diet. I’ve just cut out junk food and pop. I also added more salads and vegetables.
I miss French fries but I don’t regret exchanging them for healthier food. I think sweet potato fries could be added to the diet soon.
So far, I don’t feel cranky. There were a few days without coffee but that problem has been solved. Everyone at home is thankful for the reappearance of coffee into the diet.
