Another week and another poetry maybe post. I’m glad to still be writing.

Pretty in a box

Can we afford 
all of the  dolls?


Invite the internet 

To admire the  dolls

No one can 
be Instafamous

Without fillers 
or filters.

Don't yawn too much.

No wriggling. No giggling 

Polish then polish again

Until the wrinkles are gone.

Why do we keep
the pretty 
in a box?

Old-fashioned baby

Vessel. Wood. Wine.

Rose flavor notes

Put a strain on
the like button.
