Seriously, what did you expect? The microwave comes in second place. It was a pretty close race. If the microwave quits working, I can deal with it.
If the coffee pot quits working, I will not know what to do. How would I be able to function? It’s almost to sad to think about.
Let’s just say, I will be driving to the store immediately to get a new coffee maker. I might have to stop for a cup of coffee first. Shopping is serious business. I will need the caffeine so that I can get through the experience without turning into an angry She-Hulk.
Then my shopping list would have to include clothes to replace the shredded ones. This book about She-Hulk also looks interesting, so why not? And lipstick. Definitely lipstick.
So please Mr. Coffee, please never go out of business.
In 300 years, if you were to be named the patron saint of X, what would you like X to be? Places, activities, objects — all are fair game.
If I were the patron saint of anything in the world, I would choose to be the saint of comic book conventions. I think it is in the realm of possibility. Just the fact that I use the word “realm” so nonchalantly should attest to the fact that I am extremely interested in comic books and everything related to comic books. Whenever I go to a convention, I feel like I am with my people. My people dress up as characters from comics, movies and television shows. I think the correct term is cosplay, which is short for costume play. It sounds like heaven, doesn’t it? Well, maybe that’s just my idea of heaven.
So here is an idea, I could dress up like Lois Lane for this year’s comic book convention. I have my own press pass now. There are also Lois Lane press passes on Etsy. Another idea is to dress up like a different character – Wonder Woman, Rogue, Kitty Pryde, Black Widow . . . There are so many choices. She-Hulk would be fun and challenging. The body paint would have to be really excellent. The white tank and leather pants are simple enough. I have until October to decide.
Today I came across the newest version of “She-Hulk” from Charles Soule, Javier Pulido and Muntsa Vicente. I have seen other blogs recommend this comic. I was not sure about if I would like it but I bought the first issue. The cover art is really great so it would not have been a total loss.
I just finished reading it. She-Hulk is awesome! Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk, is smart and strong, in every sense. I love the fact that she is so confident in her green skin. Although, she isn’t conventional, it doesn’t diminish her beauty at all. Also, I would hire her for my attorney if I could.
I’m cannot wait for the next issue. I added “She-Hulk” to my pull-list, which is lucky for me. Otherwise, the next issue might be gone before I go back. I also love my pull-list.
