Lucas and I walked to the Las Vegas sign. And walked. . . for several miles . . . in the heat. . . with no water. In hindsight, we should have taken a taxi. But we made it without passing out. We have some memories and pictures. I’m glad we can laugh about it now. Well, I’m laughing. I don’t think Lucas has laughed about it yet. Maybe next year. 🙂
I would suggest wearing comfortable shoes if you visit Las Vegas. There are bus lines available – some run 24/7. I added a link to the bus routes. Remember to stay hydrated!
