Describe the last nightmare you remember having. What do
you think it meant?

It’s usually the same nightmare. I don’t remember what happens in the dream. I just think that there is someone trying to hurt me and steal my kid. Sometimes I sit up and just look around the room. I almost always expect the laundry basket to morph into someone. Other times I jump out of bed and scream. One time I woke up in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
For whatever reason, I always think the boogie man is in the closet. Then I wonder how he fits in there with all of my clothes.
Having the same nightmare for five years has been exhausting.

So I think it means that I’m worried about someone kidnapping my kid. Or that the laundry is taking over and starting a life of it’s own.

  1. I can’t remember my locker combination. True story. Reoccurring dream 😉

  2. When I was little my Mom told me how she was afraid of midgets and dwarves. When she was pregnant she told me about a pack of dwarves attacking her and biting her and touching her with their “little Vienna sausage fingers” So what do my nightmares always involve. Garden gnomes come to life, usually they are trying to get my dog, I can hear them planning … and no one can see them but me. Thanks, Mom!

    1. That’s an interesting nightmare. Sneaky gnomes! 😉

  3. I should clarify that a pack of dwarves never attacked my mother — that was the nightmare she had when she was preggo with me… I left that part out.
