When problems brew on the Internet, do you stay quiet or rush to defend the person at the center of the situation?

As tempting as it is to put in my two cents, I usually mind my own business. Occasionally, problems arise between bloggers or friends on Facebook. If people don’t know anything about the situation, then it’s not helping anyone to run their mouth.
If the people work things out, that’s great. No one likes to choose sides. Thanks goodness I haven’t had to do that yet. Sure, I have opinions about what that one chick on Facebook should do. However, I don’t live her life or pay her bills. If she asks me, I’ll tell her what I think but not before that.
I’ve only had one blogger leave weird comments. He’s been blocked for being a weirdo. Other bloggers would have put him on blast but I didn’t do it this time. It wasn’t anyone else’s business.

    1. That’s true. I’m not unsupportive but sometimes it’s too much drama. I have plenty of my own. lol. With closer friends, I think I’m more supportive. You’re right, it depends.

  1. Difficult one, this. I have leapt in on here to support those in pain, but I don’t think I would take another blogger on unless the comments very really personal and nasty. I have been cyber-bullied myself, and know how hurtful and scary it is. I have had a couple of weird or unpleasant comments on here.

  2. They say all comments are a good thing, as it means someone out there is reading, but it if it hurting you in any way, I would say deleting/ blocking is always up to the blog owner! I hope you get lots of positive comments always 🙂
