Room with a View: Daily Post

An extra room has magically been added to your home overnight. The catch: if you add more than three items to it, it disappears. How do you use it?

Only three items? I’m not sure if I can use this room for anything. I have wayyyy too much stuff. So to play along and keep the room, I would only put a radio, a journal and yoga mat in it. The room could be a meditation room/listening/writing room.
It would be cool if the window had a view of the ocean or a forest. Can the view change every day? I like looking out the window and watching the trees and water. A few weeks ago, I noticed that I could look out of my front door and see the lake. Unfortunately, I can also see my neighbor’s chickens and propane tank so it’s not much of a view.

So I’m posting some Ben Harper videos. I will be listening to Ben Harper in my listening room. It has come to my attention that not everyone knows who he is. Just spreading the word. 🙂

I could be the worst cook in America. My boyfriend tells his friends about my cooking disasters. I'm glad someone is amused. I like movies, music, comic books and corny jokes.

  1. If I had a room magically appear that I could only put 3 items in – I would make that magic room my guest room and put in a bed, dresser and alarm clock.
Then, I’d transform my current guest room into something else since it holds way more than three items! 🙂

  2. I only heard of ben harper a few years ago when he was with willie nelson doing a special – and well, I can see why you like his music. and fun post for the challenge. 🙂
