Books & Covers: Daily Post

Does it ever make sense to judge a book by its cover — literally or metaphorically? Tell us about a time you did, and whether that was a good decision or not.

No, it doesn’t make sense. You can’t tell what’s on the inside from looking at the outside. Some people look like they are nice, upstanding citizens but they aren’t. People can be psychopaths and suck you into their mess before you even know what happened. Psychopaths don’t come with warning labels.
On the other hand, people with tattoos and motorcycles aren’t necessarily bad. Some of the best people I know have tattoos and/or motorcycles. I can only think of one that’s a jerk.
Have you ever heard of Bikers Against Child Abuse? Now there is a group of awesome bikers! 🙂
