30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 14

10 o’clock p.m. is the latest that I’ve ever done yoga. I’m pretty sure I also wore the most inappropriate clothing too. Yoga pants are wonderful because they don’t fall down.

The video that I did today was faster than the yoga I’ve done recently. I’m getting so close to that crow pose. So close. On the other hand, I am so far from a headstand. I think I’ve got the concept down but not the actual movement of my actual legs.

Guess what I can do? I’ve been doing this pose since high school. I didn’t even know yoga existed. Someone saw me doing this once and asked me if I did yoga. I had no idea what they were talking about. It was just something I did while trying to not do math. It’s called a plow pose.

And this one too. I just don’t do it as well as I used to.  Sooner than later, I’ll be doing this shoulder stand again.
