Glasses and Groupies: Share Your World

What was the last time you went to a new place?

I’m not sure. I went to a bar that I haven’t been to about two weeks ago. Does it count if I’ve driven past it about a million times?

The last time that I went to a new city was last summer. We went to Denver, Colorado. If you get the chance to go, you should visit.

If you were or are a writer do you prefer writing short stories, poems or novels, other?  And what type of genre would you prefer?

I like writing short stories. Especially, children’s books.

Out of your five senses (touch, taste, sight, smell, hearing) which is your favorite?

Well, when I woke up I thought it was hearing. Then I couldn’t find my glasses so the answer has changed to sight. Really, it’s a tie. I really like hearing a lot. If I had the computer set up to work with the sound of my voice, I could live happily without seeing. By the way, I still can’t find my glasses. I had to search for my second pair. Good times.

If 100 people your age were chosen at random, how many do you think you’d find leading a more satisfying life than yours?

That is a difficult question. There are a lot of people who don’t have kids like mine or a boyfriend like mine. On the other hand, there are a lot of people with better work schedules and a better job than mine.

I will say that 50 people lead a more satisfying life than I do.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I’m grateful that I did something to make my mother proud. I’m looking forward to doing an interview that was scheduled for this week. I hope I don’t get nervous again. I don’t know what happened. I never get nervous before an interview. Could it be because the dude was handsome? I can’t say for sure. I’ve interviewed handsome men and one handsome woman before. Most of the time, I’m old enough to be their mother.

I’ll blame the nervousness on low blood sugar.

Apparently, stuff happens while people are on tour. Let’s hope the groupies stay in check. Let’s hope I stay in check.

Love this shirt! 🙂 It will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine

“Just a small town girl – living in a lonely world.” Concert tickets are practically essential. Musicals are the key to life. I like movies, music, books, and corny jokes.
