I had this crazy idea to try absinthe. So here I am, drunk in the kitchen after 5 oz of absinthe.

My husband and I decided to try absinthe after reading the Provence books by Peter Mayle. We didn’t like it. 🙂 Still have the bottle, though, and it’s still 3/4 full.
It was ok as far as taste. I can’t imagine drinking more than 2 shots. 🙂
