Willie Jones might be onto something with the way that he mixes R & B with country music. His music is definitely worth a listen. The video for American Dream is so expressive and emotional. (Insert fire emojis here. BTW -Where can I find fire emojis?)
So far combining hip-hop or R & B with country music has not been quite as successful as it could be. Their roots started out in the same place but genres don’t always take the same trip.
Do not hesitate to play Willie Jones wherever and however much you need to do so.
