30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 22


Before I went to sleep, I knew that I would I have an emotional morning today so I planned to do yoga. There are some personal issues that I don’t discuss on the blog. Otherwise, I would have to change everyone’s name and that seems like such a hassle.

So, it’s day 22 of this 30 day yoga challenge. To date, I’ve lost approximately 8 lbs. Amazing. I’m seeing numbers on the scale that I haven’t seen in approximately 5 years.

Yoga also helps me to relax. After doing yoga, I feel less stressed about my daily schedule that I will be posting about later.

It’s been beneficial for mind and body in a different way than a kickboxing class. I took a kickboxing class for a few months. I had some issues with anger that I thought kickboxing would help with. It did help to a degree but yoga is much more introspective.
